The way we care for children reflects our genuineness of faith. It is also a reflection of God&#8217;s love and his divine protection.<\/p>\n<p>We are committed to maintaining the following standards:<\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>Our culture, leadership and governance are child safe;<\/li>\n<li>We value, respect and listen to children;<\/li>\n<li>We include families;<\/li>\n<li>We respect and welcome children with diverse needs;<\/li>\n<li>Our people are safe, supported and informed;<\/li>\n<li>Our complaints system is child-focused;<\/li>\n<li>Our people understand child safety;<\/li>\n<li>Our risk management has a child safety focus;<\/li>\n<li>We regularly review our child safety progress; and<\/li>\n<li>Our policies and procedures are child safe.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n\t\t\t\t<img loading=\"lazy\" src=\"https:\/\/woden.lutheran.org.au\/wp-content\/uploads\/sites\/159\/2023\/12\/Picture2.jpg\" alt=\"Picture2\" height=\"776\" width=\"1379\" title=\"Picture2\" \/>\n\t<p>As part of the Lutheran Church of Australia (LCA), our congregation follows the LCA Safe Church process in appointing ministry team members.
