How to report an incident, injury or hazard
At Immanuel Woden Valley we desire to create safe and welcoming spaces for all people. If an accident or incident occurs, or you notice a potential hazard or something that can be improved, we invite you to report it to us as soon as possible.
If a person is at immediate risk of harm, emergency services should be called on 000 in Australia.

Any information provided to us is treated confidentially and stored securely. We use the information you provide to respond to incidents and to take preventative action. We might make contact with you to receive more information about the concerns you have raised so that we can address them appropriately.
