Welcome to Immanuel
We are a community who seek to know Jesus Christ more fully and take bold steps to make him known.
Each Sunday we meet to worship together in both traditional and contemporary styles, hear the Word of God, and share in Holy Communion (Eucharist). During the week, we meet throughout Canberra in bible study groups, evangelistic missional communities and for social events.
You can learn more about our community and where you might fit in by exploring this site, contacting us, or joining us for Sunday worship.
Due to the lockdown announced by the ACT Government on Thursday 12 August, we are not currently gathering in-person for worship.
All are welcome to join livestreamed worship on Sunday at 10am AEST. Click here for more details.
More details about what's happening during the lockdown and faith at home resources can be found here.
Church at Home resources from the Canberra Lutheran churches can be accessed here.
We're part of a bigger church family, the Lutheran Church of Australia. Together we want to be a place where love comes to life. We believe that God's love is for everyone everywhere and we want you to see how his love comes to life in us - and in you.
