Participants can attend for academic credit or simply to audit (listen in with no assignments!). The intensive, Missional Discipleship, will be led by Dr Tania Nelson, manager of Lutheran Media; and Rev Nathan Hedt, Pastor for New and Renewing Churches. It begins with Jesus’ practice of discipleship as found in the Gospels and examines practical ways in which discipleship can occur in various missional settings, within the Australian context. You will be challenged to rediscover Jesus’ radical approach to discipleship, and to apply this to your own life and to mission and ministry in contemporary Australia.
