Growing People Who Grow Churches
How will doing this training help your church grow?
The focus of this training is not about finding the ‘gaps’ in your congregation’s health and mission.
You will be trained to use eleven proven tools to facilitate the following outcomes:
Discover what your congregation does well in mission at present
See what God is up to and how to join in more
How to develop and support people involved in local mission.
How to improve your structures, resources and planning processes to improve mission effectiveness.
How to manage change in an ever-changing environment; preparing for the ‘new normal.’
How to grow your church and birth new ones.
Facilitator
