We have now returned to regular in-person Sunday worship!
Some things will feel a bit different to how they did before lockdown. Our building is now able to accommodate 80 people with the two-square metre rule.
To care for everyone’s safety, we will have a COVID Safety Plan for our worship gatherings. You can download the plan here [PDF].
Other key points
- Mask wearing is required indoors for anyone aged 12+. We encourage children under the age of 12 to wear masks indoors where possible.
- There will be services at 9am (traditional) and 10.30am (contemporary) as would usually occur.
- The livestream will continue for those who need it for both the 9am and 10.30am services. The Board of Leadership has carefully considered privacy: During the livestream, every effort is made to avoid showing those who are not leading the service. However, please be aware that you may appear on the broadcast.
- Government regulations limit us to 80 people in the church building (see here – PDF).
- We celebrate Holy Communion
- Congregational singing has resumed
- We need volunteers to help our gatherings run smoothly, so that we together we can focus on receiving God’s gifts through the word, sacraments, and community of believers. Some of these needs and roles have changed due to COVID – please prayerfully consider volunteering to serve in one of these ways.
